Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations following site protocols and escalating as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, report suspicious activity and maintenance concerns.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation.
