Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, and visitors while patrolling assigned areas.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking, and walkways.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate with campus stakeholders and authorities.
