Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, customers and visitors at a financial institution while enforcing policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and follow reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of bank facilities and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or violations to proper personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and shift communications.
