Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: valid driver’s license.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at an automotive or corporate location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and control entry/exit.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and entrances.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and shift activity documentation.
