Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a ULU AM Buffet Stocker to support an elegant oceanfront buffet. You will ensure the buffet remains well-presented, fully stocked, and maintained to the highest cleanliness standards in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting.

The role requires 3–12 months restaurant/food & beverage experience, US work eligibility, and weekend/holiday availability. Join our Ohana and enjoy extensive benefits and employee meals.

Qualifications

• Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
• Must possess legal work authorization in United States.
• TB clearance is required by the Hawaii State Department of Health when working in food and beverage.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down buffet equipment, utensils, signage, and food displays with attention to detail and presentation.
• Replenish buffet items throughout service to keep offerings fresh and appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet area; address spills and keep a tidy environment.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with urgency and care.
• Assist with stocking linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food items for service.
• Support preparation of simple items such as toast, soups, and beverages as needed.
• Communicate with the culinary team to ensure quantities are prepared and available.

ULU AM BUFFET STOCKER

As a ULU AM Buffet Stocker, you will support the delivery of a seamless and inviting breakfast experience within our signature oceanfront restaurant, ULU. Known for its focus on Hawai'i Island-sourced ingredients and vibrant morning offerings, ULU provides a relaxed yet refined buffet setting that welcomes guests to begin their day.

In this role, you will ensure the buffet is consistently well-presented, fully stocked, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing environment where attention to detail, organization, and responsiveness are essential. You will play a key role in supporting the flow of service while creating a welcoming and polished atmosphere for our guests.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Set up and break down buffet equipment, utensils, signage, and food displays with attention to detail and presentation
• Replenish buffet items throughout service to ensure all offerings remain fresh, full, and visually appealing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet area, promptly addressing spills and ensuring a tidy environment
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and ensure satisfaction with a sense of urgency and care
• Assist with stocking linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food items for service
• Support preparation of simple items such as toast, soups, and beverages as needed
• Communicate effectively with the culinary team to ensure appropriate quantities of food are prepared and available

WHAT TO BRING

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
• Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Weekend & Holiday availability required
