Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate from an approved ultrasound/vascular technology program.
• Registered or registry eligible to take the ARDMS exam within 1 year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Directs and monitors student clinical training.
• Demonstrates equipment setup, maintenance, and quality control checks.
• Implements patient procedures per departmental standards and explains to patients.
• Adheres to radiologic protocols and HIPPA-related information handling.
• Interprets requisitions and coordinates with staff to ensure accurate exams.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
