Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal education in ultrasound or an equivalent technical ultrasound program.
• Associates degree or technical ultrasound training.
• BLS certification.
• RDMS certification within 1 year; ARRT Radiography certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic sonographic procedures.
• Handle RIS data management and imaging records.
• Assist physicians and support file room and clerical tasks.
• Support patient transportation and housekeeping duties as needed.

Summary

Performs diagnostic sonographic procedures.. Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, housekeeping duties, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary.
