Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a diagnostic sonographer for the Ultrasound department at South Florida Baptist Hospital. The role involves performing ultrasound procedures and related patient care in a busy hospital setting.

The position requires BLS, RDMS within 1 year, and ARRT radiography credentials, with potential on-call and weekend shifts in a pool/exempt environment.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• RDMS (Sonography) within 1 year.
• ARRT Radiography certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic sonographic procedures and imaging.
• Responsible for RIS data management and file room duties.
• Assists physicians and provides general clerical support.
• Performs housekeeping duties and patient transportation as necessary.

Summary:
Performs diagnostic sonographic procedures.. Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, housekeeping duties, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary.
