Job summary

BayCare Radiology and Imaging in Tampa's St. Josephs is seeking a skilled ultrasound technologist to perform diagnostic sonography and support imaging patient care. You will handle RIS data management, prepare rooms, assist physicians, and contribute to efficient patient flow, with shift variations.

The role requires ultrasound credentials and BLS, with experience in radiography and RDMS preferred. This position is based at St Josephs Main and Children's, offering collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• Ultrasound certification with hands-on diagnostic imaging experience.
• Experience with RIS data management and file handling.
• Credentials in RDMS and Radiography preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic sonographic procedures.

Summary:
Performs diagnostic sonographic procedures.. Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, housekeeping duties, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary.
