Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is seeking an Ultrasonographer II (Per Diem) to perform various ultrasound procedures including abdominal and obstetrical exams. The ideal candidate will have ARDMS certification and BLS training.

This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with patients and medical personnel effectively. The pay range is $48.00 - $71.33 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in Diagnostic Medical Sonography required.
• Associate's degree in Ultrasound preferred.
• 0-1 years related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of Ultrasound procedures.
• Assists physicians during sterile invasive procedures.
• Maintains high level disinfection of Ultrasound transducers.

Skills

ARDMS registered in ABD and/or OB/GYN

BLS certification

Experience with computer systems

Education

Vocational or Technical training in Diagnostic Medical Sonography

Associate's degree in Ultrasound
