Job summary

Corewell Health Lakeland is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic studies per physician orders, document findings, and assist during invasive procedures. You will operate ultrasound equipment, ensure high-quality imaging, and maintain equipment and rooms to standard.

The role requires an associate degree or higher with at least two years of ultrasound experience and current ARRT/ARDMS certifications. On-site at Lakeland facilities with growth and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2 years of ultrasound experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic diagnostic ultrasound examinations as prescribed by the physician and documents findings.
• Assists physicians with invasive procedures as needed and documents quality images.
• Operates ultrasound equipment to meet established protocols and ensures image quality.
• Maintains a clean work environment and stocks rooms with supplies.
• Notifies management of malfunctioning equipment and supports credentialing activities.
