Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasounds, document findings, and assist physicians during procedures. You will ensure image quality, maintain equipment, and support credentialing teams to align with regulatory standards.

The role requires ARRT/ARDMS credentials, an associate degree or equivalent, and at least two years of ultrasound experience. Expect a patient-focused, collaborative environment with ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of ultrasound experience required.
• CRT-Sonographer (S) ARRT upon hire required.
• CRT-Abdomen (AB) ARDMS upon hire required.
• CRT-Ob/Gyn (OB) ARDMS upon hire required.
• CRT-Vascular Technologist (VT) ARDMS upon hire required.
• CRT-Vascular Sonographer (VS) ARRT upon hire required.
• CRT-Breast (BR) ARDMS or ARRT as applicable upon hire.
• CRT-Breast Sonographer (BS) ARRT upon hire required.
• CRT-Pediatric Sonographer (PS) ARDMS preferred.
• CRT-Musculoskeletal (MSK) ARDMS preferred.
• CRT-BLS (AHA) or (ARC) 90 days required.
• Additional Spectrum Health Lakeland ARDMS/ARDMS-specific credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain complete patient history and operate ultrasound equipment according to protocols.
• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations as prescribed by physicians.
• Document quality images and assist during invasive procedures.
• Maintain clean work environment and stock supplies.
• Notify management about equipment malfunctions.
• Support lead ultrasonographer and credentialing efforts.
