Job summary

RadNet is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality imaging services. You will perform ultrasound exams in a fast-paced environment, assist radiologists with procedures, and ensure patient comfort and safety during the process.

The role focuses on precision, patient-focused care, and collaboration with physicians, technologists, and staff to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Diploma from Ultrasound Technologist program is required.
• SPI exam must be passed.
• ARDMS cert or registry eligibility preferred.
• Must have BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality ultrasound procedures in accordance with department policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures as needed.
• Understand methods to generate ultrasound data and operation of instruments.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and take appropriate action if needed.
• Safeguard patient information and on-site medications per policy.
• Demonstrate professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Interact respectfully with patients and their families in a clinical setting.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
