UMass Memorial Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in a high-volume setting. You will work under the supervision of the Lead Ultrasound Technologist and collaborate with radiologists to ensure high-quality patient imaging.

The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited Ultrasonography or Radiological Technology program and is ARDMS-registered within one year of hire, with at least one year of experience.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Ultrasonography or Radiological Technology program.
• ARDMS registration in one category within 1 year of hire.
• Minimum one year of diagnostic ultrasound experience.
• Knowledge of physics and instrumentation relevant to ultrasound.
• Clear communication and patient care skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performs ultrasound examinations in inpatient or outpatient settings per policy.
• Maintains patient records and proper documentation.
• Assists physicians with interventional ultrasound procedures.
• Ensures proper sterilization of probes and equipment.
• Supports quality improvement and adheres to safety standards.
