Job summary

New York Imaging is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist in Brooklyn, NY. The role requires RDMS Breast certification, an accredited ultrasound program, and 2+ years of experience. You will perform breast exams, communicate findings, and support radiologists in procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
• RDMS Breast certification is required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in ultrasound or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in ultrasound.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform breast exams (screening, diagnostic, and procedures).
• Prepare preliminary impressions and communicate findings to radiologists/cardiologists.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and documentation.
• Follow all radiology protocols and prioritize emergent cases.
• Assist physicians with procedures and biopsies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
