Job summary

New York Imaging (NYI) in Brooklyn, NY seeks an Ultrasound Technologist to join a multidisciplinary imaging team. The role supports radiologists and cardiologists, performing breast exams and related procedures with emphasis on accuracy and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program (or equivalent).
• RDMS Breast required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform breast exams (screening, diagnostic, and procedures).
• Prepare preliminary impressions and communicate findings to radiologists/cardiologists.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and documentation.
• Follow all radiology protocols and prioritize emergent cases.
• Assist physicians with procedures and biopsies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
