Oversees the Ultrasound Department & Staff. Under the general guidance of physicians/providers, performs a variety of diagnostic ultrasonographic procedures.

Essential Functions

• Receives patients, explains the procedure, and ensures patient comfort.
• Provides imaging services to all ages using various modalities.
• Operates ultrasound equipment to perform diagnostic exams and routine invasive procedures according to standards.
• Maintains equipment and supplies, and organizes the work area.
• Keeps accurate records, assists with scheduling, and ensures smooth patient flow.
