UNC Health in Lumberton, NC is seeking a part-time Diagnostic Medical Sonography specialized professional to perform a range of ultrasound studies, including OB/GYN, vascular and abdominal exams, with accurate interpretation and documentation.

You will ensure safe exam environments, manage equipment and data transfer via PACS, and collaborate with physicians to develop preliminary findings. RDMS certification and BLS are required or expected, with on-site work and regular 20-hour schedule.

Competenze

• Completion of a 12-month program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• RDMS certification or eligible and ARDMS requirements to become registered.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Mansioni

• Complete ultrasound exams across OB/GYN, vascular, abdomen and small parts.
• Ensure equipment checks, QA, and sterile handling of probes.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to plan patient flow and study correlation.
• Generate documentation of procedure findings and transfer data.
