Job summary

Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join our Ultrasound team. Our US techs perform Abdominal, Pelvic, OB, Renal and many other scans, delivering a full spectrum of imaging services. Minimum qualifications include completion of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program, ASUT certification, and a Valid CPR card.

New grads are encouraged to apply. Shifts are PRN (as needed) with varying schedules; salary is listed per hour and the hospital

Qualifications

• Completion of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• Certification as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer by the American Society of Ultrasound Technologists required.
• Valid CPR card.

• Perform a variety of ultrasound scans including Abdominal, Pelvic, OB and Renal.
• Work as part of the Ultrasound team to deliver high-quality imaging.

The Department of Imaging and Imaging Sciences at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center includes over 25 Johns Hopkins School of Medicine specialized radiologists who perform more than 130,000 exams and procedures annually. The department serves our patients and our East Baltimore community, as well as national and international referrals.

Our department is equipped with the latest equipment and utilizes innovative technology and imaging techniques. We offer a wide spectrum of imaging services including diagnostic, ultrasound, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine exams as well as interventional procedures. We are committed to enhance our trainee’s education and improve patient outcomes.

Salary Range: Minimum 53.00/hour - Maximum 53.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
