Responsibilities

• Serves as a patient advocate to ensure patients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensures timely scheduling of inpatients and outpatients.
• Provides education to all patients before, during and after exams.
• Maintains a positive relationship with patients, other departments, physicians and associates.
• Reviews patient satisfaction data and participates in improving areas of concern.
• Addresses and resolves customer complaints.
• Completes data entries in radiology and hospital system.
• Participates in department CQI indicators and submits ideas for improvement.
• Attends and contributes to department meetings and activities.
