Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a patient advocate to ensure patient and customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely scheduling of inpatients and outpatients.
  • Provide education to patients before, during, and after exams.
  • Maintain positive relationships with patients, departments, physicians and associates.
  • Review patient satisfaction data and participate in improving areas of concern.
  • Use appropriate resources to resolve patient issues and address complaints.
  • Ensure on-time completion of your performance pathway and related feedback processes.
  • Participate in TNT associate satisfaction survey and submit ideas to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to quality improvement in the department and suggest CQI ideas.
  • Ensure production of quality sonograms and proper operation of ultrasound equipment.
