Job summary

Children's Health in Dallas seeks a Team Lead Ultrasound Tech to oversee the ultrasound workflow in Radiology Sono, ensuring high-quality imaging and adherence to department policies. This on-site role operates Sundays to Thursdays, 2:30pm–1:00am, reporting to the Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of ultrasound experience with leadership in the field; an Associate degree is required and a Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with ARDMS/RVT specialties as applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience required
• Leadership capacity in ultrasound preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for organizing and directing the daily workflow and monitoring image quality and equipment performance within the ultrasound area.
• Address image quality issues and provide feedback on image quality and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies, protocols, and JCAHO requirements; report to the Manager.
