Children's Health in Dallas seeks a Team Lead Ultrasound Tech to oversee the ultrasound workflow in Radiology Sono, ensuring high-quality imaging and adherence to department policies. This on-site role operates Sundays to Thursdays, 2:30pm–1:00am, reporting to the Manager.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of ultrasound experience with leadership in the field; an Associate degree is required and a Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with ARDMS/RVT specialties as applicable.

Provide direction for organizing and directing the daily workflow and monitoring image quality and equipment performance within the ultrasound area. Provides feedback regarding image quality and other aspects of performing ultrasound procedures and address image quality issues. Ensure compliance with policies, protocols, and regulatory / JCAHO requirements in the best interest of CMC. This position reports to the Manager.
