The position is full-time, salaried, with a day shift and a salary range reflecting NJ market rates. A strong imaging background and leadership capabilities are essential.

Qualifikationen

• NJ State License required.
• ARRT or ARDMS certification required.
• US Certification in OB, Abdomen and Vascular required.
• 3 years of US experience required.
• Supervisory/Lead skills preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient services using diagnostic ultrasound equipment for general and vascular imaging.
• Supervise daily operations; mentor technologists and coordinate staff onboarding.
• Manage monthly schedules, PTO coverage, and evaluations; assist with payroll and staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with certifications and licensing; prepare for accreditations (ACR, Joint Commission).
• Facilitate communication between nursing units, departments, and providers to maintain workflow.
