Advocate Health is seeking a Part-time Ultrasound Technologist in Wisconsin to join the evening-leaning imaging team. This 20-hour-per-week role emphasizes high-quality sonography for general, breast and vascular studies, with limited call and a predictable schedule.

The incumbent will operate ultrasound equipment, review orders and patient history, ensure safe positioning and accurate imaging, and communicate findings to physicians.

Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond high school with an accredited Sonography program.

Responsibilities

• Operates ultrasound equipment to perform general, vascular and/or cardiac studies.
• Reviews patient records and orders to ensure exam accuracy.
• Positions patient and selects transducer and factors for accurate images.
• Identifies and labels images with patient info and location.
• Maintains records and documents billing codes for charges.
• Communicates findings to appropriate physician.
