Donaldson Company is seeking an Ultra Web Operator for our Frankfort, IN facility. This on-site, 2nd shift role runs from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and focuses on assembling filtration products in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
The position emphasizes mechanical aptitude, use of basic measuring tools, and adherence to safety standards. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds with help; immigration sponsorship is not available.

The Ultra Web Operator role at our Frankfort, IN location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 2nd shift on-site position, with hours from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Recognize and understand the operations and machines involved with the media process
Produce media within acceptable quality and quantity standards as stated in the prints and/or route sheets
Perform quality checks and tests as assigned
Follow first piece and set-up sheets, Monitoring production rates
Complete all applicable paperwork - scrap report, media usage sheet, media testing sheet, oil runs, etc.
Performs machine change over
Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment
Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required

Exhibit mechanical aptitude
Equipment such as gages, calipers, indicators, scales, and tape measures
Ability to use computer and understand basic math principles
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds from a squat level lift from the floor to the waist, a shoulder level lift to 60 inches at 35 pounds, a horizontal lift and carry for 10 feet, lift up to 50 pounds with the assistance of another employee
A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent plus a minimum of two years of trade school or qualified work experience
Problem solves efficiently and effectively
Work effectively with limited supervision
Maintain consistent high quality in work habits
Maintain accurate records exhibiting attention to detail
Adhere to safety procedures
Exhibit attention to detail
React to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned
Maintain a pattern of regular and predictable attendance
Ability to read and understand basic statistical process control principles, and be able to read and understand a blueprint
Hourly Rate: $27.44
Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
