Job summary

Ultimate Longevity Center in Fort Lee, NJ is seeking a Longevity Advisor focused on onsite membership sales. You’ll conduct consultations, close memberships, and deliver an exceptional client experience while building lasting relationships.

The role offers $20–$25 per hour plus commission and performance bonuses, with benefits and opportunities for advancement within a growing premium wellness brand. You will collaborate with local teams to drive attendance at events and nurture partnerships

Qualifications

• Sales or client-facing experience, ideally in wellness, fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• Ability to close sales and meet goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• A positive, proactive attitude and enthusiasm for health and longevity.
• Korean language proficiency preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Founding Member presales and ongoing membership growth.
• Conduct consultations, address objections, and close sales.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, texts, and email; keep accurate CRM records.
• Meet activity, appointment, conversion, and sales targets.
• Welcome and onboard members, support scheduling and daily operations, and build relationships that generate retention and referrals.
• Support local events, partnerships, and community outreach.
