You will help clients take the first step in their wellness journey while driving revenue and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of sales or client-facing experience, preferably in fitness or wellness.
• Ability to hit sales targets and build relationships.
• Proven success in personal sales and revenue growth aligned with performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through consultative, goal-focused conversations.
• Convert leads into members through follow-up and relationship building.
• Guide clients through onboarding and introduction to services.
• Deliver a high-touch client experience from first interaction to long-term engagement.
• Support daily operations including front desk, scheduling, and client communication.
• Execute outreach through calls, texts, and community engagement.
• Make a meaningful impact on people’s lives daily.
