This leadership role combines sales, operations, and community outreach with a base salary plus commission and performance bonuses. It is an onsite, nonclinical position offering opportunities for advancement within a premium wellness brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in wellness, fitness, or hospitality.
• Proven ability in personal sales, revenue growth, and team leadership.
• Confidence coaching sales teams, handling objections, and driving conversions.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales, revenue growth, retention, and center profitability.
• Lead by example in consultations, follow-up, and closing sales.
• Recruit, train, and coach a team accountable for sales and service goals.
• Oversee daily operations, member onboarding, and service quality.
• Build local partnerships and generate leads through events and community outreach.
• Track performance, manage costs, and turn business goals into daily action.
