Job summary

Xpect Solutions Inc. in Frederick, CO is seeking a Control Panel Shop Technician III to wire and fabricate UL508A panels and lid press machinery, read schematics, and layout panels from drawings for custom applications.

You will work independently, maintain quality documentation and wiring standards, identify components, and ensure panels meet electrical and mechanical specs while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with panel building, layout, and design.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with panel assembly, troubleshooting, fabrication, build, component layout, electrical enclosures, electrical assemblies, controls, and wiring—both AC and DC.
• Knowledge of UL508A Standards and ability to resolve issues using the UL508A guide.
• Forklift certified.
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Wire industrial control panels based on schematic, blueprint, and/or wire schedule.
• Fabricate electrical control panels according to drawings.
• Wire panels to UL508A specifications and in accordance with drawings.
• Maintain quality documentation and wiring standards.
• Identify electrical panel components from bill of materials and schematic symbols.
• Work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
