Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a UKG Trainer to develop, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for UKG Workforce Management solutions, including Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, and Attendance.

You will partner with HR, payroll, IT, and operational leaders to ensure end users are proficient in system functionality and policies. The role requires classroom facilitation skills, strong communication and presentation abilities, and the capacity to tailor content to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1-3 years of formal classroom teaching or training experience.
• Knowledge of UKG terminology and environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain UKG training materials and guides.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand training sessions.
• Customize content to align with policies, workflows and use cases.
• Serve as SME on UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling functionality.
• Assist users with workflow questions and reinforce best practices.
• Identify training gaps from usage, errors, and feedback.
• Develop metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
