Qualifications

• Experience with UKG or other time-management systems is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide workforce time management support to campuses and departments by maintaining accurate employee timekeeping records and reporting.
• Monitor timesheets for accuracy, completeness, and timely approvals; ensure compliance with payroll deadlines.
• Assist with end-of-year payroll and timekeeping processes and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Communicate payroll deadlines and resolve timekeeping issues; provide guidance on payroll-related procedures.
• Generate and distribute attendance and payroll-related reports as needed.
