Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. seeks a skilled UKG Specialist to lead implementations, configurations, and integrations of UKG Pro WFM across the project lifecycle in Puerto Rico.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and robust system performance. The role requires 5+ years of UKG Pro WFM experience (Timekeeper, Scheduling, Accruals, Absence), Boomi integration work, and bilingual English/Spanish, with readiness for extended hours in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years' experience implementing UKG Pro WFM (Timekeeper, Scheduling, Accruals, Absence).
• 5+ years' experience developing or supporting Boomi interfaces.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends/holidays.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent oral skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the full project lifecycle from requirements to design, implementation, and risk identification.
• Configure UDM/WDM servers and support deployment planning for UKG clocks.
• Develop and support UKG Pro WFM integrations using Boomi.

Description

Seeking an experienced UKG Support Resource to support the implementation, configuration, and integration of UKG Pro WFM solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, deadlines, and risk identification.
• Configure UDM/WDM servers and support deployment planning for UKG clocks.
• Develop and support UKG Pro WFM integrations using Boomi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM, including Timekeeper, Scheduling, Accruals, and Absence Management.
• 5+ years of experience developing and/or supporting interfaces using Boomi.
• Dell Boomi Certification (Optional).
• Knowledge of Activities and other UKG Pro WFM modules (Optional)
• Must be fully bilingual (English / Spanish) with excellent oral skills.
• Must be proficient using MS Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Available to work extended hours, possibility of weekends and holidays.
