Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced UKG Specialist to support UKG Pro WFM implementations across the project lifecycle. The role focuses on configuration, integration, and lifecycle delivery within a healthcare and technology context.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years with UKG Pro WFM modules, Boomi interface development, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities. The position requires willingness to work extended hours and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years implementing UKG Pro WFM (Timekeeper, Scheduling, Accruals, Absence).
• 5+ years building or supporting Boomi interfaces.
• Dell Boomi Certification (optional).
• Bilingual English/Spanish with excellent oral skills.
• Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, deadlines, and risk identification.
• Configure UDM/WDM servers and support deployment planning for UKG clocks.
• Develop and support UKG Pro WFM integrations using Boomi.

Description

Seeking an experienced UKG Support Resource to support the implementation, configuration, and integration of UKG Pro WFM solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, deadlines, and risk identification.
• Configure UDM/WDM servers and support deployment planning for UKG clocks.
• Develop and support UKG Pro WFM integrations using Boomi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM, including Timekeeper, Scheduling, Accruals, and Absence Management.
• 5+ years of experience developing and/or supporting interfaces using Boomi.
• Dell Boomi Certification (Optional).
• Knowledge of Activities and other UKG Pro WFM modules (Optional)
• Must be fully bilingual (English / Spanish) with excellent oral skills.
• Must be proficient using MS Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Available to work extended hours, possibility of weekends and holidays.
