Job summary

ProcareHR is seeking a remote UKG Ready Implementation TLM Solutions Consultant to deliver expert HCM configuration and tailored solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with customers to capture requirements and translate them into effective system designs and configurations.

This role emphasizes strong technical skills, client communication, and a commitment to high-quality service and client satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years of progressive time and attendance implementation experience with full life-cycle builds; UKG Ready required.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA, state-specific overtime rules, and complex scheduling requirements.
• Proven experience configuring time clocks, mobile punch, and geofencing/integration setups.
• Experience serving senior care, healthcare, or PEO clients strongly preferred.

• Understand client needs and develop customized solutions.
