ProcareHR is seeking a Senior Implementation Benefits Workforce Technologist to lead UKG Ready Benefits implementations remotely in the United States. You will manage discovery, design, build, testing, and go-live for client benefit plans, owning the configuration and consulting work with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on UKG Ready Benefits experience, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple client engagements in a remote

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on UKG Ready Benefits configuration experience.
• Experience leading or supporting full-cycle benefits implementations: discovery, design, build, testing, go-live.
• Knowledge of open enrollment, life events, COBRA, ACA reporting, and carrier connections.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, build, testing, and setup of client benefit plans in UKG Ready Benefits.
• Own client-facing configuration and consulting from discovery through go-live.
