Job summary

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a UKG Implementation Specialist for a respected arts and cultural organization dedicated to enriching its community through innovative programming and exceptional experiences. This is a 2-3 month, hybrid opportunity based in Seattle, Washington, with a flexible schedule.

May start as part-time and then ramp up to more hours if needed. This role focuses on hands-on payroll expertise during UKG Ready implementation, collaborating with finance

Qualifications

• Experience with UKG Ready or UKG Pro in payroll implementations.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and work independently.
• Experience supporting payroll system implementations or upgrades.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately during transition to UKG Ready.
• Assist with payroll implementation activities, testing, validation, and go-live preparation.
• Troubleshoot payroll and system issues with finance and HR leadership.
• Ensure payroll compliance, accuracy, and timely processing during initial cycles.
• Help document payroll processes and recommend improvements.
