Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) is hiring an Enterprise Systems Analyst to configure UKG Pro and manage its Workforce Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher, along with experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management and Workday Payroll.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues and collaborating with HR and Finance. The position offers a competitive salary range of $125,736 - $137,696 along with comprehensive benefits and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4 years with a Master's.
• Proficiency in SQL, data queries, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of timekeeping, pay rules, and accruals.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules including Timekeeping and Absence Management.
• Manage and update pay rules and work rules.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve data errors.
