Job summary

WTL Wheatland Tube, LLC is seeking an Applications Analyst – Payroll Technical Specialist to oversee payroll processing across U.S. and Canadian operations. The role involves managing UKG and Workday systems and ensuring their seamless integration with HRIS.

Your responsibilities include technical support, data analysis, generating payroll reports, and leading system enhancements. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of payroll experience in a manufacturing environment are preferred. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct payroll experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience administering UKG and Workday Payroll systems.
• Professional payroll or HRIS certifications such as CPP, Workday Pro, or UKG Pro preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain UKG and Workday payroll systems.
• Ensure seamless integration between time and attendance, HRIS, and payroll modules.
• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of payroll system enhancements.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute payroll reporting.
