Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architecture Specialist - UKG to design, implement, and optimize UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions across HR systems.

You will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate strategy into scalable system designs and reliable configurations. The role requires deep UKG Pro WFM expertise, experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP, and strong knowledge of SSO and Entra ID integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), including UKG Pro Absence, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Timekeeping (Hourly), and Workforce Management Analytics.
• Experience integrating UKG Pro WFM with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Microsoft Entra ID integrations preferred.
• Knowledge of Zaddons or similar shift bidding and workforce scheduling solutions is a plus.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, solution architecture, system integrations, and technology implementations.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned applications, ensuring they function efficiently.
• Handle application configuration, updates, and user access management.
• Diagnose and resolve application-related issues, collaborating with end-users, development teams, and vendors as needed.
• Monitor application performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation for applications, including workflows, troubleshooting guides, and support procedures.
• Regularly report on application performance and usage.
• Act as SME for the implementation of the module, hosting video conference calls, workshops, and other meetings as needed.
• Work within established processes to implement application changes, updates, or upgrades, including testing and validation.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure application integration aligns with goals.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Waterfall) as they apply to deployment and updates.
• Run regular audits and QA testing to ensure the application is functioning as required.
