Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking a UKG Pro WFM Project Manager for a permanent role in the USA with remote work and client travel. The role blends project management with functional WFM expertise across Time & Attendance and other UKG Pro modules, delivering client projects and guiding delivery teams.

The candidate will lead planning, coordinate across teams, and maintain strong client relationships while growing the WFM practice and developing internal capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management experience within UKG Pro WFM.
• Experience managing WFM implementations, consulting engagements or projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of Time & Attendance.
• Knowledge of other UKG Pro WFM modules.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• A consultative and commercially aware approach.
• Ability to operate effectively within a changing and growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage UKG Pro WFM implementation and consulting projects.
• Act as a key client contact throughout project delivery.
• Lead project planning, coordination and delivery activities.
• Work with clients to understand requirements and priorities.
• Provide functional expertise across UKG Pro WFM.
• Bring strong knowledge of Time & Attendance and other WFM modules.
• Coordinate effectively across consulting, implementation and technical teams.
• Support discovery and requirements discussions.
• Identify project risks, issues and opportunities; establish delivery structures and processes.
• Contribute to the development and upskilling of the wider permanent team.
• Support the continued growth and maturity of the WFM implementation practice.
