Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is hiring a UKG Pro WFM Configuration Specialist. You will configure and implement the UKG Pro WFM system to meet client needs and improve operations.

The role includes testing configurations, training end users, and providing ongoing support, with participation in projects and team meetings. A Bachelor’s in Information Systems is preferred and 2–3 years of software-related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; MGB can consider relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in development, support or operation of software applications.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, test and optimize UKG Pro WFM to align with client workflows.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations.
• Train end users and develop end user documentation.
• Provide ongoing support by identifying and resolving issues.
• Engage in dedicated project work and participate in team meetings.
• Participate in professional development activities such as webinars and workshops.
