Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a UKG Pro WFM Configuration Specialist Applications Analyst to configure, implement, and optimize UKG Pro WFM across client workflows and departments.

The role requires experience in at least one UKG Pro WFM area and strong testing, communication, and problem-solving skills. The work is Hybrid with 1x weekly onsite in the Boston area and Eastern business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and implementing UKG Pro WFM modules.
• Experience writing and executing test plans for direct and regression testing.
• Clear and effective communication to collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance.
• Ability to create tailored solutions that address unique client needs aligned with enterprise standardization.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, test and optimize UKG Pro WFM to align with operational workflows.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals.
• Trains end users on the operation of software applications and develops end user documentation.
• Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues.
• Engage in dedicated project work and participate in regular team meetings.
