Job summary

Mass General Brigham Digital is seeking a UKG Pro WFM Configuration Specialist Applications Analyst to configure, implement, and optimize the UKG Pro WFM instance for client needs and operational efficiency.

You will lead testing, develop end-user documentation, train users, and provide ongoing support while engaging in project work and regular team meetings to share updates and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems preferred; relevant experience considered.
• 2–3 years’ experience with software applications in development, support or operations.
• Experience configuring UKG Pro WFM areas: Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attestation, Analytics.
• Clear, effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, test and optimize UKG Pro WFM.
• Conduct testing and validate configurations.
• Train end users and develop end user documentation.
• Provide ongoing support and resolve issues.
• Engage in dedicated project work.
