Job summary
Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking a Solution Architecture Specialist - UKG to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of UKG Pro Workforce Management and related HR technology. The role partners with HR, IT, and operations to deliver scalable systems and integrations that improve scheduling, timekeeping, and analytics.
Requires deep UKG Pro expertise, SAP EC/ECP integration, SSO experience, and a strong SDLC background.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems.
- 5+ years of UKG Pro Workforce Management experience and related modules.
- Experience integrating with SAP EC and ECP; SSO and Entra ID integration preferred.
- Knowledge of project management, analytics, and communication.
- Understanding of system design, development, implementation, and user support.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of HR technology applications.
- Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules and integrations.
- Monitor performance and optimize system efficiency.
- Create documentation and reporting on app usage.
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders.
- Lead SDLC activities and participate in audits and QA.
