Dessert Holdings is seeking an HRIS (UKG) Analyst to join our corporate team in St. Paul, MN. This hybrid role focuses on technical administration, configuration, data integrity, and ticket-based support of HCM, timekeeping, and payroll rules across US and Canadian operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on UKG Pro experience, WFM pay rules expertise, and a data‑driven approach to ensure accurate HR data and user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience administering UKG Pro HR/Payroll and UKG Pro WFM.
• Experience configuring Payrules, Work Rules, Accruals, and InTouch devices within UKG WFM.
• Strong data accuracy mindset with proven data audits across UKG platforms.

Responsabilités

• Handle Tier 2/3 HRIS incidents and requests via ServiceNow, meeting SLAs.
• Configure and troubleshoot UKG Pro HR/Payroll and UKG Pro WFM pay/work rules and timekeeping functions.
• Manage accrual programs (PTO, sick leave, holidays) for US and Canadian operations.
• Support timekeeping hardware (InTouch clocks) and related device configurations.
• Perform system audits and data validation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Investigate payroll/timekeeping discrepancies and lead root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to optimize processes.
• Drive automation, testing, upgrades, and end-user training.
