Job summary

Unifi, the nation’s largest aviation services provider, seeks an HR Technology leader to own the UKG Pro roadmap and drive successful implementations across the organization. You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Legal to design, configure, test, and deploy UKG solutions that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

The role requires deep UKG Pro expertise, strong PM skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while guiding change management and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in implementing different modules of UKG Pro.
• Solid understanding of business processes and how they impact HR systems and employee experience.
• Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders during complex implementation projects.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project management skills.
• Ability to create and improve processes through critical thinking.
• Ability to multitask between different projects and functional teams while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the UKG roadmap including how modules connect and engage with other systems to achieve business objectives and enhance employee experience.
• Lead active delivery of multiple UKG related implementations, performing PM, process and technology design, change management guidance, requirements documentation, testing, and training.
• Work with project sponsors and leaders to define objectives; lead design workshops and capture requirements and process documentation.
• Lead the UKG team in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation to ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, cost and timing.
• Provide product and SME expertise on UKG modules to internal stakeholders.
• Provide support for UKG Pro issues, manage relationship with UKG account manager to handle service requests.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and Legal on UKG solutions implementation.
• Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders to share decisions and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and system improvements to enhance the HR technology landscape.

The HR Technology team at Unifi strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. In this role, you will develop and manage both the short-term and longer-term / multi-year roadmap for HR technology focusing on UKG Pro, effectively balancing competing priorities and flexibly adapting to our rapidly evolving business environment.

What You'll Do

• Own the full UKG roadmap including how different modules within UKG, and other systems connect and engage with one another to achieve desired business objectives and enhance employee experience.
• Own active delivery of multiple UKG related implementations at any given time, performing project management, process, and technology design, change management guidance, business requirements documentation, test plans, and training.
• Work with project sponsors, functional and technology leaders to craft and confirm project objectives. Lead design workshops at the onset of the project, including gathering business requirements and process documentation.
• Lead the UKG team in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts for various UKG projects to ensure deliverables meet expectations of scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives.
• Provide product and subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders on various UKG modules.
• Providing support for internal stakeholders by researching and resolving UKG Pro issues that come up. Manage relationship with UKG account manager to create and manage various service requests.
• Partner with teams across HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and Legal on implementation of solutions within UKG.
• Establish clear communication channels and cadence with key stakeholders to share decisions, priorities, and relevant project information.
• Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes. Work with the business and tech teams to identify and recommend system improvements, process gaps, new features, and functionality that will enhance the HR technology landscape.
