Overview

Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the healthcare space, is seeking a Project / Program Management Consultant specializing in UKG implementations, to support the large-scale rollout of the UKG platform, including the inpatient module, across a major U.S. healthcare organization. This enterprise-wide initiative spans 60,000 employees, 48 hospitals, and 500 clinics, and is midway through a 5-phase, 2-year deployment. Each wave of deployment impacts 15,000 employees across ~15 sites in 5 states, and the successful candidate will lead the execution, coordination, and readiness efforts for each phase of the rollout.

Base pay range

$70.00/hr - $90.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Deployment Lead during the end-user phase of the UKG implementation.
• Manage and synchronize multi-site, multi-state go-lives (15K users per wave across 5 states).
• Partner with enterprise vendors to design and operate command centers for access, scheduling, and support readiness.
• Ensure frontline teams have the necessary tools, staffing, and training to successfully transition to the new system.
• Anticipate deployment needs and validate whether teams are appropriately staffed and resourced.
• Support the logistics and execution of concurrent deployments while monitoring performance across each site.
• Evaluate change management plans to ensure readiness and adoption across stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with technology and operations teams to maintain alignment on scope, risks, and rollout timing.
