Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of hands-on experience supporting and administering Pro and UKG Work Force Management (WFM).
• Demonstrated strong background in UKG and related UKG modules.
• Experience in overseeing HRIS operations with a focus on data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Document, track, and monitor problems via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Provide recommendations on upgrading systems or installing new ones.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations.
