Job summary

Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers, Inc. is seeking a skilled HRIS Administrator to maintain and optimize our HRIS systems in a fast-paced Marlton, NJ facility. You will lead UKG HRIS operations and serve as the liaison between HR, IS, and external vendors.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT/HR/Business and at least two years of related HRIS experience, plus strong communication and confidentiality. You’ll drive improvements, ensure data security, and train users during updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, HR management, business administration, or related field.
• At least two years of related HRIS experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and maintains UKG HRIS performance, including installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Provides technical support to UKG HRIS users.
• Collaborates with leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and implements solutions.
• Manages permissions, access, and settings for HRIS users.
• Programs custom functions and reports (queries, filters, macros).
• Compiles data reports and logs for executives and HR staff.
• Represents HRIS in projects with vendors and IS teams.
• Ensures data security and privacy compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of HRIS trends and developments.
• Provides end-user training during onboarding and system updates.
